MACHINES DELIVERY OPTIONS

We can deliver via our company vehicle to suburbs in and surrounding Melbourne. In some cases, if the customer is not requiring installation or is interstate we have the option to direct ship. Our delivery team can despatch the machines once ready and in stock within 1-3 day of confirmed payment.

COURIER INFORMATION

  • Primarily we use ‘Couriers Please’ and secondly ‘Australia Post’.
  • Delivery times can be same day if despatched before 10am.
  • In many cases with our local clients we will deliver small parts & supplies in person to beat courier delays if necessary.

WHEN IS MY ORDER DESPATCHED / POSTED?

Once you have made your order and we have organised the location and date, we will despatch your order within 24 hours of confirmation.

Note: (If you are an existing customer and this is a toner order, despatch should be within a few hours)

DELIVERY TIMES

Average courier delivery times may vary between 2 – 36 hours, depending on time of day the order was put through. Online machine orders without selected installation can take between 2 – 5 business days to arrive at your door from our supplier. TRACKING GOODS

Once goods have been picked up by courier, you will be given a tracking number to track your goods. If your tracking number is not working or you have queries on the status of your goods, please email us at info@photocopierprinter.com.au, or call (03)9793 7773.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

If goods arrived damaged or malfunctioning contact our office within 7 days via our email address info@photocopierprinter.com.au, call (03)9793 7773. Keep all despatch notes, receipts and boxes with the products until issues have been resolved. Goods with be either repaired or replaced and returned within 7 days from point of inspection.

FREIGHT POLICY

Additional Freight Charges

The customer must agree to our freight charge prior to shipping, quotes will be provided via email info@photocopierprinter.com.au. A customer’s freight charge is calculated for the following order types:

  • Large machine order that are required to go upstairs.
  • Very heavy, bulky and/or awkward goods.
  • Goods requiring a tailgate delivery.
  • Interstate and or regional orders.
  • If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction, these will be passed on to you at our discretion.

Please note: Our couriers/transport companies cannot deliver to PO Boxes and require a signature at point of machine delivery.

If the designated delivery location is unattended on date of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery slip to arrange delivery on another date. Our couriers will not leave goods unattended at the doorstep.
